Tia was so kind, quick and professional. They didn’t have the particular vase in stock but she offered a fair exchange, and she notified me immediately and offered to cancel the order if it wasn’t satisfactory. She went above and beyond to make this order absolutely beautiful. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was stunning. Thank you!
Hands down the best florist in the area. Called last minute to have an arrangement delivered to my wife’s work and they mad it happen in an instant all while delivering a beautiful arrangement. If you’re looking to surprise your special someone this is the place that will make it happen!

Under the circumstances, while I cannot retract post, I consider this a “Best Business Practice” and commend their actions and wish them the best in the future.ORIGINAL POST:What was received was nothing like the picture of the order. Arrangement was a hot mess. Even though many of the flowers were different in color than the picture, that is understandable depending on availability. So, the recipient completely rearranged in a totally different vase. (their vase way too small). Situation salvalged but why should it be necessary to do their job for them?. The saving grace was the flowers themselves were in good shape. This was an order sent from out of state and just happened to be intercepted at destination. Do not use this florist to send flowers unless you want to embarrass yourself. At $125, certainly not worth it.Hey, I'm not complaining, I'm just explaining the situation.

I wanted a local florist for flowers for my Mom who just had surgery. Southern Bouquet went above and beyond. I asked them to put something together that was fresh, light and cheerful. They did a great job! My Mom loves them.
Bought a large birthday arrangement at Southern Bouquet in Woodbine, Georgia, upgraded to the Deluxe, and what was received was NOTHING like the picture. I'm so disappointed that that's what my best friend received for almost $90.
The place was recommended by another local small business. It’s nice to see small business supporting each other. I texted the owner to see if she could make a Boutonniere for my son for his prom. She pulled it off days before prom. She did an amazing job! I have now found a local florist that will be getting my business!
I ordered a flower arrangement with balloons for my wife's birthday last Oct 30. Customer service and response time were excellent. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and of very high quality. There was even a product included to prolong the life of the flowers. I also asked that the message on the card be written in Filipino and I was so glad that my request was happily granted. It truly made my wife happy and we even decided to preserve the flowers because we didn't want such a beauty to go to waste. Will definitely order again for another special occasion.
